Admission Procedure
Admission forms may be collected from the school office during the following documents:-
Certified copy of the student's birth certificate.
Original Transfer certificate signed by the head of the institution last attended.
Certificate copy of Mark sheet of the examination last appeared.
Three copies of recent passport-size photographs in colour.
Medical certificate /Card showing proof of inoculation vaccinations.
Copy of scheduled tribe certificate (if applicable).
